Night Terrors
Just saw a post about stories from /x/ that i enjoyed so i'd like to contribute a story from a few years back.
>Be 14 years old
>go to bed just like any other ordinary night
>as i'm about to fall asleep something strange begins to happen
>i begin to lose all feeling in my body
>quickly become temporarily paralyzed from the neck down
>I can see my room clearly so i know i'm not asleep
>my breathing stops (basically get chocked without someones hands on my neck)
>next parts the kicker
>hear a loud female scream in my ear at the top of her lungs
>NOPE.jpg
>eventually jolt up in shock and breathing and movement returns
>vomit from fear
>this goes on nightly for a couple of months
>rarely sleep well from fear
>this **** literally feels like i'm being haunted
>i slowly realized if i ignored it then it would happen less frequently
>5 years later and it only happens once or twice a month now
>still scares me to death every time
>
>be in psychology class last semester
>teacher tells me her daughter suffers from night terrors few times a week
>her daughter is 7 and sees a woman in her room
>the woman talks and has conversations with the daughter
>poor ******* girl, i'd piss myself if i saw people.
I haven't done much research on night terrors but from what i heard is that most people who have them feel as if they are being haunted because you are awake when you have them. Out of curiosity do any of you have night terrors? if so comment your story and i'll try and sticky the best ones.
