Actually don't see a problem with her stance... Shes claiming she loves herself through her faults and says nothing about it being "healthy" and even acknowledges that its an imperfection.

She's trying to be, but she isn't proud of being fat.

"i dont have the perfect body" gave it away, implying that someone more fit (likely referring to some of the guys in the comments) is perfect.

"Beautiful" here is a misnomer, she's using it as a measure of self worth, rather than aesthetic appeal.

She'd likely rather be fit, but has instead decided to accept herself for how she is now.

I'm fine with people being attracted to fatties, even though I'm not, but I'm not ok with fatties being proud of their weight. It is a disease. You are not healthy, you are slowly dying, and you will someday become a burden on the state (if you live that long)
