mrrandomness (01/03/2016) [-] this is pretty dumb, you should really work out every muscle not just core. Abs are determined by body fat % so if you really want visible abs, do full body work outs and focus on losing weight

Try weights, just make sure you're firm with the weights. Slow in and out for most basic moves. Not like this guy.
