There is an Australian Tarantula who does nest, but wanders for food. it still likes dark areas(such as shoes not being worn). its black and highly aggressive. and very lethal.
The net casting spider is part of the family Deinopidae. It almost has the word nope in it's name. Scientists can all agree that this spider is part of the NOPE genus.
Pic related: this is the last thing that bug will ever see.
Actually the ant did that to attack the spider with it's venom, which paralyzed the spider allowing the entire colony to rape the **** out of it with their own venom, then tear it apart limp from limp and carry it back as food
It litterally sacrificed it self so the colony could kill it easily
Cordyceps doesn't make ants explode, it grows from their head instead. And it's not just ants. The fungus makes the host want to go to high places, and then the host dies, and the fungus grows out through the host's head, and then it spreads its spores. There's a different species of cordyceps for every species that it afflicts.
It may be what you're trying to say, or maybe you're just saying that's what my picture reminded you of, but paras and parasect were indeed based on cordyceps.
This isn't quite so "nope" to me.. I guess it's because the spider seems more human doing cool **** like that. I think it's more awesome than anything.
Imagine if the oxygen doubled and spiders grew to be 20 feet tall? Maybe, as a result, in millions of years we could be 20 feet tall too! We just have to kill everyone below a certain height.
