It depends on the "something bad".
If someone is pretending to break into your car or steal something. Of course, you don't shoot them.
But, if someone begins doing anything that may threaten you or others. I at least can understand a use of force.
In this instance they just seemed like they were going to vandalize the store, but if one had pulled a fake gun or something and got shot by a bystander that would be no one's fault but his own.
They ran towards the shop and nearly brushed shoulders with the shop owner, who was standing there with a broom. That's what I was getting at, mostly; if their path were entirely clear of all pedestrians, then I'd probably not have said anything.
But if people look like they ' might be ' doing something harmful towards another person, such as gathering in a group and swarming towards a person without clear intent, **** gets a lot darker.
This music video is amazing. I don't care much for the actual song but the music video was surprisingly refreshing. I really wish it got more attention. I've never understood the "i luv my city n also celebr8 crime and violence cuz its kewl #thuglyfe" mentality. This video made my day, thank you.
