If it helps, I tried using you as a companion but I found myself dying a lot more because I would constantly stop to jerk off.

Haha I'm flattered. And I say follow your gut. If you want to stay loyal and true to Dogmeat then that's your choice. A switch in companion will mean a switch in mindset and that's a decision you should make for yourself.
