Talent and skill are not the same thing. Talent is innate, something you're born with, while skill is an ability that is trained up. Talent usually takes practice to nurture as well, however, but it's wrong to say that you need practice to have talent.
Yeah. That is literally what talent is. Some people are talented artists as kids and become talented artists as grown-up. That's not because they worked extremely hard when they were kids, it's because their talents gave them a head start and they combined it with hard work.
Ever wondered how some kids were incredibly good at math while all the other students struggled in school? That's talent too. People are not born as clean slates.
I'm pretty sure they are. Different upbringings lend you towards different thinking patterns which makes some things easier or harder for you, but you're not born good at math.
How did this become about how women can do things that men can't? Being acrobatic is something that everyone can be if their parents keep them from loosing the stretchyness they had as a baby. It also requires the skill of being balanced and I could go into a bunch of other natural reasons why some people can do it better and why some people can't do it as well.
You two arguing over the difference between natural talents and learned talents by arguing what the word talent even refers to.
STOP WITH THESE ******* WEBM'S WITH THE TUMBLR AT THE BOTTOM.
THEY JUST **** UP THE RESOLUTION AND MAKE THE CONTENT LESS ENJOYABLE WITH THEIR ****** COMMENTS.
>How she found out she could even do that ****** it's called practice. She wasn't born being able to do this **** you ******* moron. She didn't just think one day "you know, I wonder if I could juggle upside down using both hands and feet, I'm going to find out."
No, you're born with skills. That's why they can't do anything but sit on fat asses, it's all genetics, a cruel trick from god.
If it took practice and effort then that would just mean that the tumblrtards are lazy. And that can't be true can it?
