Pretty Sure #12 would be Webworms or some cousin variation. not spiderwebs.

*source* they are a problem in Texas, Generally pecan tree's. happen to have a few tree's in my backyard. so have had them before, Generally kills the tree if left unchecked, such as in the photo.

Hmmm... Id still say that the webbing looks wrong for spider webs in #12. but it may just be the picture that makes it seem so.
