My life in China part 1 of ?
As some may know, I lived in China for the past year, and being back in the U.S. I haven't really talked too much about it. But at the request of xalenes I'll go ahead and post a short story.

>living there for 3 months, come down with a serious case of Salmonella

>Refuse to go the hospital for 2 days, becomes too much and need to go
>Run into a series of problems with Chinese hospital procedures
>Get ID card for patient number, go through sorting, and sit in waiting room packed to the ******* roof
> "Weirdozzy, please go to stall number 3"
>Doctor speaks garbled broken english
>说汉语。exe
>Dude refuses to speak Chinese to me, regardless of the fact I could fluently communicate to him in Chinese
>Continues to speak his broken english, making it nearly impossible to know if he understands what I told him
>Mention I'm DEADLY allergic to penicillin and asprin
>Them genes tho
>Go through more sorting and end up in "IV Room" where 200 people are getting IV's
>Chinese use IV's like they ******* cure everything
>Broken arm? Go get IV of some glucose and you'll be good
>Nurse misses vein 5 times
>stabs me in between my index and middle finger
>itsinthebone.sf2
>Finally gets it in the vein
>20 minutes pass, fever spikes at 104.1, break out in bad rash, eyes burning, knees weak, arms are heavy

> doc comes over and checks me out
>looks at IV bag and back to me
>you're not allergic to Penicillin are you?
>I nod
>rips out IV and doesn't speak to me.
>Find out I was on an IV of the exact **** I told them I couldn't be near.
>Nurse speak Chinese to me, and we communicate properly
>Get discharged and get prescription.
>Go home, look at pill box
>main ingredient "Asprin"
I really wish I was exaggerating, or making **** up, but this was the first of many issues I had in China. I used to be so passionate about living there...but after a year I came to realize I was delusional about most of the things I was happy about there...Anyway, I know I'm not that funny, but if anyone wants to hear more stories about white dude living in China +5 thumbs and I'll post more. -5 thumbs and I'll do something, Idk **** it
