Here I am 5 mins later at 168 lbs. Man that was a good poop. Thanks for letting me share hopefully this inspires some of you. I'm gonna go get some burgers and beer.

Sometimes i'll weigh myself before a huge bowel movement, then subtract the difference afterwards, i like to compete with some of my other friends on this.
I currently hold the high score at 3.7 pounds (1.6 kg)
