I wouldn't give out such cards. It may give the girl a bad impression that you are a ladies man. Because that's what having a nicely-printed pick up cards looks like.
It'd be less conspicuous if you'd have cards stylised to be business cards and say something along the lines "I just might one.... *seemingly random searching your pockets* ... aaah, there it is! Here's my number if you are interested". Discreet and still smooth. Having business cards also makes you seem like a guy with initiative, who does something and is probably social. Source: That's what I'd think about such guy.
