Oddly enough this makes sense to me. I feel one of the points it is trying to make is that a lot of people will try to answer every question they come across and they tend to get a ****** answer. Instead of the person re asking the question later and having a new/better answer, they simply hold onto the ****** answer and defend it. There are a few other points it makes but id have to think on how to put it into better words.
