Does anyone else get really sad when they see a fat person? like I genuinely feel so sorry for them. I know I shouldn't, cause more often than not it's their own fault, but still...

I always thought when i was fat (6'4'' 310 pounds) how could people be so cruel and judging about my weight, and thought that when i lost the weight i would be sympathetic to fat people, but after losing 95 pounds, and gaining muscle,i can't help but be angry at fat people for not taking the initiative to look after their body, it's hard to start off with, but all you have to do is just keep doing it and you'll achieve your goal body.

If anyone here actually is reading this comment and wants to change their lifestyle, and lose weight, i suggest THOROUGHLY reading this:

Helped me to get started, but it comes down to finding a workout that you enjoy, personally i fell in love with kickboxing, and that alone shed off all my weight in 5 months. But diet is 100% the deciding factor on whether you lose weight or not, so stop eating crap/or too much.

TL;DR: Stop being fat, eat less, exercise more and you'll lose weight it's LITERALLY that simple.

I gained a lot of weight threw depression comfort eating and lack of exercise after my wrestling injury two years ago.

see all these "americans are fat" jokes makes me realize that i'm part of the problem, and am trying to slim down.

but for ***** sake, does everything bad for you have to taste so good?

I get scared when I see really fat people, because in my experience, it feels like they have an independent gravity-field.

I'm not even kidding, I once had a friend who was very fat, and every time he stood close to me, I could feel some unseen force just pulling me towards him.
It might just be because I'm a super-gay Anon or somethin, though.

if i know they are active and trying to lose weight, then i feel sorry for them. or if they have a ****** up metabolism. but when i see a tv show about a fat person, i get very pissed, on netflix there is this show called "my 600 pound life" or something like that

No, and you shouldn't. I'm 6'2 250 ponds and its my own fault for eating like a damn pig. When fat people realize it's their own fault, I think it's easier to lose the weight.

6'3" and I was 275. Down to 245 simply by eating healthier. If I got off my ass and jogged, or biked like I used to I used to have to bike 7.5 miles to get to work then I'd probably drop down below my old 208 didn't eat healthy back then

there are exceptions however, some people have ****** up metabolisms or just can't lose it. i think im rather lucky, i am 5'10 and 160 pounds, i just lost a lot of weight for some reason

I'm pretty chunky myself, around 220. Luckily, I can look relatively built up and not fat, and I actually try to work on my health. But when I see someone like an 8 year old with fat from their upper arms hanging down below their forearms and chugging a 46 OZ slurpee, I can't help but be disgusted a little.

Dude, I would love to be at 220 right now.

At my heaviest I was 320lbs, as of right now I'm 258lbs. I lost 62lbs over the summer, and my goal is 100lbs. I was just tired of feeling like **** all the time. So when I'm 220, I'll be where I planned.

But yeah, I agree with you. I do kinda feel sorry for "fay" people, but I'm discusted at the same time. not because I have a problem with the person most of the time, it's just extremely unattractive. I don't think that Humans were built to carry around extra fat in huge amounts.

That's a good routine to follow, but you need cardio more than you need strength if you're planning to just lose fat. I'm no expert, but I hope what I know can get you going.
You need to focus on your diet. What you eat makes up 75-80% of losing weight. You can exercise all you want, but it won't do you any good if you eat 3000+ Calories of ****** food every day. Keep track of your calories. It's easier that way. I use this: www.myfitnesspal.com/
It's especially great if you have a smart phone. The app is extremely helpful on the go.

Week 1-2: No exercise. Focus on getting your diet down and working on a routine. No junk food. Try to keep it around 2000 calories each day. Refer to the food pyramid. If you ever feel sick from hunger while your body is getting used to the new diet, eat some veggies, they make you feel full for longer. Eat protein to make sure your body burns the fat, not the muscle. Carbs don't help much with losing fat, so keep carb intake to a minimum. Make sure you get your sleeping schedule properly aligned too. Sleep is key with the exercise. Try and get at the very least 7-8hrs of sleep each night, otherwise you'll feel like a sore/starving zombie and it'll be so easy to give up in that mode.

Week 3-4: Start some exercise. Doesn't matter what time of day. Start slow, don't push it right out of the gate. Go for a 30min walk, or start with that routine you showed me. Anything that gets your heart rate up, even in the slightest, for long periods is good. Try some HIT, (High Interval Training). It's basically sprints. Do 6 sets of 30sec sprints with 1:30/2min breaks in between sets. Again, don't push it though, and stretch a little before and after each workout.

Week 5 and beyond: Keep with it, slowly upping everything as you go. If your body gets used to the exercise, make it harder. Weigh yourselve at the end of each week, (Try to keep it the same day/time every week to keep it accurate as possible).

I don't feel sorry for fat people being fat. I mean of course gentetics come to play to a certain extent. Yet they can't blame everything on that. If you really want to not be fat and you have poor genetetics it might take a lot of work. But if that is your goal, then it's your responsibility to make sure that you succed. And you shouldnt blame it on anything else than yourself.

I know some very obese people, they say they love not being restricted with diets, and that the eat to enjoy the food. In this case I believe they are lying, no one chugs down 3 cheese burgers in less than a minute.

They don't complain, then again I don't spend much time with them, they usually are at home while I do other stuff.
