Mr Rogers was known for having a childrens show on pbs called Mr.Rogers Neighborhood. his show was very influential on millions of children in the USA, and likely out of country as well. The show taught values, morals, and other things to children. Mr.Rogers was one of the few TV personalities I thought of as a personal friend growing up, even though i had never talked to him or met him face to face.

Mr. Rogers would love Bronies. He said on his show how boys should be able to feel okay playing with "girl" toys and vice versa. The values taught by the show My Little Pony closely mirror the ones Fred tried to instill in both children, and adults. If you're just trolling, don't you think it's kind of inappropriate to do it in this context? And if you're not trolling, then you missed out on what Mr. Rogers was trying to tell us all.

The very same reason why we enjoy these .gifs and pictures in the first place. We feel connected to them, relate to them, and sometimes use them to convey what we feel. For a lot of bronies, the brony fandom has spread out so far that it does something that no other fandom does. And it's a pretty interesting phenomenon as well, although it backfires a lot.

The thing is that they want pony, they like pony, and they browse pony. Their reaction-pics are pony, so they ponify the more mainstream reaction-pics as well so that they don't feel completely disconnected to the everyday world while still enjoying the basic foundation of what their entire fandom is: Ponies. They can't use human reaction-pics, because that would be distancing themselves from Friendship is Magic, something everybody ELSE are - and probably should - be doing.

They're not trying to take over ****, they're just mixing stuff outside of the fandom, WITH the fandom. 'Cause being a brony doesn't mean that you're not human, it just means that you want everything a regular person wants, + ponies.

Except for the hilariously cringy exceptions when all of this backfires completely. Like the guys literally marrying their plushies and getting into a relationship with a fictional character since the fictional world appeals more to them than the real world itself.

You probably couldn't care less and won't read this all, but I give **** all about that.

Look, I know you like ponys, but while in the presence of Mr Rogers ,keep the pony stuff at a minimum. We are all neighbors, here on FunnyJunk, and ponys aggravate 80% of our neighborhood.
