I have a story like this.
so, I was up in Bruston Mills WV, near the Pennsylvania border.
I was hunting this tract of land that used to have a church on it, but has long since degraded, all that is left is a bunch of logging roads and a graveyard.
Mind that, a ******* graveyard, creepy as **** in the mornings when its 13 degrees, windy, and dark outside.
There has been a coyote problem on the land, so I'm sitting out near where the turkeys roost to shoot the coyotes that come around.
where do the turkeys roost you may ask? In a giant dense Hemlock grove right next to the ******* graveyard.
I end up sitting in a graveyard from the 1800's with my ass on a sunken in grave, back to a tombstone, with graves all around in the cold, dark morning.
Since im hunting coyote, i only have a 22 with me for the coyote and maybe a turkey if i want one (its WV, season doesnt really exist when there are two game wardens per county)
The sun rises, and on this log in front of me, I see paw prints along it that are as big as my palm. Hmm, maybe an abnormally large bobcat, b/c pumas dont live around here.
Wrong!
I realize, hmm their should be turkeys around, they roost in the hemlocks, and theres a feeder right around here.
I take my rifle and use my scope to take alook at the trees, and see absolutely nothing, in fact, i havent seen anything bigger than a songbird since morning, which is very unusual for this area due to huge game populations.
I see nothing in the trees, and scan to the right of the hemlocks in some old red oaks.
HOly ******* **** A MOUNTAIN LION is staring at me
I have no where to run and a small 22
**** **** **** **** i am so ******
I am in a ******* grave yard in the semi light morning with a ******* mountain lion staring at me since god knows when.
Oh ****, am i gonna die
Suddenly, a rifle shot rings out from my uncle who was about a half mile away
-story will continue

Good maybe the shot will scare the lion
nope
Still looking at me
**** me i am so ******* ******, i dont wanna die
Then, i hear crashing about behind me, I turn around to see, rumbling along a logging road, a black bear! It must have been scared by the shot and started running
Oh ******* ****, i am so dead
Wait a sec, thats no black bear
Its a cow! a black angus meat cow
I heard about this from my uncle that a cow had gotten loose on the property about six months before we started hunting, and became feral
Oh Bessy, I have never been so glad to see you
As the cow runs past me, the mountain lion finally gets scared and runs off somewhere
And i skedadle back to the cabin and get my 30 06
this property sucks so much graveyards and **** and mountain lions, i hate this
I say, im gonna at least go back hunting, i dont want nothing today.
I end up getting something related to this story, but thats a different story

I have been to Centralia several times with friends. You don't need to search for it in the woods, Route 61 still runs directly through the town. If you already knew that and simply stopped in the woods at random I am sorry.
