Dude, I had the same problem, I got some One A Day's and stretched the **** out of my arms everyday, eventually it didn't bother me anymore, I can feel it once in awhile but nowhere near how it was a couple years ago where I couldn't lift at all.

MFW I can't really do legs to my full potential due to pending surgery.
Prior to getting hurt I had a 315 squat and 355 DL (Lol I know those numbers sounds weak to a powerlifter)
GJ dude, I'd say you're benching in the 365 range? MFW everyday is upper body day. MFW still weak and can barely hoist 245 in BP 1RM.
