More Roller Coasters!
Hello again! More roller coasters from yours truly! Again I'll be posting youtbe videos as well! Starting off is Steel Dragon 2000, one of 2 of the first Giga Coasters ever made (the other Millennium Force), meaning they're over 300ft. tall! Made by Morgan Corp, located at Nagashima Spaland in Japan, it's also one of the longest coasters in the world at almost 2500m long! However, despite these ridiculous numbers, another ridiculous number was its price, $52 million, it forced Morgan to merge with Chance rides or go out of business as a result of building it, typical Morgan coasters outside Japan have half the steel and concrete required, but due to Japan's anti-earthquake policy, the amount had to be doubled for this ride. www.youtube.com/watch?v=klzlNeOmlJ8

This one is special as it's one of the few to be actually almost 100% redone! Originally called Steel Phantom, located at KennyWood in Pittsburgh, PA, it was originally made by Arrow Dynamics, it had shoulder harnesses, and loops! However, Arrow coasters have a bad reputation, they're rough, and considering the 200ft. tall nature and high speed of this coaster, it didn't lead to good reviews. Since then it was redone without loops among other changes thanks to Chance Morgan, the only thing left by Arrow, the lift hill. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JS8godGPSu4

and now for a really bad one! no seriously, this coaster sucks! Also Located in Japan, being on Titan will attack you (see what I did there?). Made by Arrow Dynamics, over 200ft. tall, this hyper coaster is as rough as can be. It's one of 5 hyper coasters made by Arrow, Phantom's Revenge being renovated years later. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hulledaUxks

This one is my personal favorite, idk y, but this Bolliger and Mabillard mega coaster is just awesome and nasty! Located in Canada's Wonderland, it was built in 2008, 6 years before Leviathan, as the park is the first to have 2 B&M Hyper coasters! Over 200ft. tall and over 70mph top speed, expect lots of air time, and being over water! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mgsbau5qkTE

The final coaster of this comp is Six Flags America's Superman Ride of Steel megacoaster! Over 200ft. tall, made by Intamin, and a top speed of 73mph, it's the parks biggest ride! However, it's not the only one! There used to be 3 Superman Ride of Steel rides at Six Flags parks, 1 in New England got renamed Bizarro (from the previous comp), another in Darian Lake, NY, was renamed simply Ride of Steel as the park was no longer Six Flags affiliated. Of the 3, Darian Lake's and America's are actual mirrored clones (they're the same ride, flipped layout) while New England's is unique on its own. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_diTCrdGWMY
