twinks (if i'm not mistaken) are the more effeminate, skinny, twig-like gay men. Bears I know for a fact are big, burly, hairy men. So I think twink is the opposite. Less hairy men (may or may not shave) who are skinny, and more effeminate. I could be wrong though, might be more elaborate than that. Never really needed to use the term.
