yes he is, also its why it had the caption, as he had less than 8% chance of getting a seconds space open
and the board is customized, ussaly a game can be solved by logic but this one was full of bombs
Like half of the Minesweeper games I've played were solved entirely with logic. Inevitably at some point the damn thing leaves you to make a random guess. Always hated that.
From what i remember (I might be wrong), the center will never have a bomb if you click it, which happens to be correct in your picture, but i haven't tested it out myself.
The number on the tile shows how many mines are adjacent to it, so an 8 means that any tile next to it has a mine under it, dood. At least, that's how I think it works.
