"we conquered you so we have the right to chop off your hands"

idk, it seems like a strange mentality to have, justifying atrocities committed by a group of people by simply saying "We're better than you". One might say that it's racist. Europeans did awful things to people all over the world and this is supposed to rationalize that? That's stupid.

Also I mean China was super good at Conquest and Exploration.
