Super Tenga Toppa Gurren Lagann, the billions-of-light-years-big robot.

The main reason this piques my interest is because I saw a picture where Single Slap Chap had some fight with an alien dude and split the clouds for hundreds of miles, and that was said to be only 15% of his power output, so if that's the case, then at 100%, could he obliterate STTGL?

I think super tenga toppa gurren lagaan would win because in Saitama's dream of fighting a 'worthy' enemy its at the level of something that would attempt to take over the world but to super tenga toppa gurren lagaan that wouldn't really matter.

But wouldn't STTGL be the worthiest of enemies?

Even if someone was strong enough to take over the world, he'd still annihilate them in one hit, so wouldn't STTGL be Saitama's wet dream?

I know nothing of Saitama, but if he's seeking that ultimate challenge, wouldn't it be STTGL? Considering the ******** powers it possesses?

it would be, although his powers are super vaguely set up it doesn't seem like his power is actually anything so simple 'be a bit stronger than the other guy' or 'beat anything or anyone in a single blow'.

To me it seems like he's actually just so much stronger relative to everything in his world that he can defeat just about anything with a single blow.

In that world there's people and monsters called mysterious beings who have different 'disaster' levels associated with them.
Wolf is something poses a threat, tiger is something poses a threat to a large area, demon is something that poses a threat to an entire city, dragon is something poses a threat to multiple cities, and god is something that poses a threat to the entire world.

Saitama actually does have a wet dream of sorts where he gets to fight at full power against a group of super powerful subterranean mole men bent on taking over the world (although it's just a dream) When he does this it doesn't seem like the scale of his fantasies are anywhere near the same level as STTGL so that's why I think he'd lose.
