For one, there is no German heraldry called a "Brandenburg".
Brandenburg used a Märkischeradler, that was red.
Looks like that, but is not. Brandenburg were "traitors" that converted to Lutheranism (I am cool with Lutherans, despite raised Catholic, and am now Asatru).
Despite the appearance in the art, the Teutonic Knights indeed used the Reichsalder.
