Holy ******* **** , why wouldn´t anyone actually intervene, like politely ask her to stop twice and then inform her that you will detain her until the police arrives if she continues, and whenever she began throwing stuff around or damaging the counter, you do it.

Because the dumb bitch is purposely making a scene to try and get free food, and the employees don't want things to get physical because then they would have a lawsuit on their hands. Even if she attacked first, if someone laid a finger on her the headlines around the country would be saying "innocent black women attacked in fast food restaurant after being scammed by employees"
