I occasionally put mustard in mac and cheese because I saw it in a French's commercial. Tastes pretty good, but my friends think I'm an escaped mental patient because of it.
User avatar #55 to #51 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
I heard the french do alot of crazy things like that
User avatar #15 - hourlyb ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
I make something that is amazing/terrible.
Get some Kraft Easy Mac or some other powder based cheese thing.
Mix it up. Make sure to not add too much milk, otherwise **** get's milky.
Cook up some ramen.
Add the cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Congratulation, you just made a weeaboo.

User avatar #46 to #45 - hourlyb ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
I like my name better.
More bitterly sarcastic, fit's the college budget this meal requires.
User avatar #17 to #15 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
that sounds good

Since you gave me something terrible/good i'll give you something from me

Make popcorn and use your favorite ramen powder flavoring packet and put in the pop corn (after you cooked it) bag and shake
User avatar #18 to #17 - hourlyb ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
Sounds good.
User avatar #19 to #18 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
It is, but it sometimes might come out salty so just add what you think is enough
User avatar #25 to #19 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
I can't imagine Chicken flavored popcorn tasting good, but I have enough of both around that I might just try this abomination.
User avatar #28 to #25 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
Do not add the whole packet if you hate salty stuff maybe add half or 3/4s of it cause it might get salty depending on the flavor also make sure to shake well or you might end up with a piece with alot of powder on it

but tbh it tasted good when used creamy chicken packet
User avatar #29 to #28 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
I only have Oriental and regular Chicken. Costco purchases. 72 packets to a flat for $10.

I sometimes have hobo ramen, which is basically the same thing.
Open Ramen package, remove seasoning and dump into package.
Hold package closed and shake.
Enjoy hard crunchy chicken flavored noodles.
#30 to #29 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
I only ever ate raw ramen noodles when i was a kid they taste good, and when you dont have much to eat or tools to cook your food you make do with what i got

Like i wanted mac n cheese but i didnt have milk or macaroni so i made with noodles

this is what was the result
User avatar #31 to #30 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
I often put cheese into my Chicken ramen when I cook it. It makes a cheesy sauce for the noodles.

Add some green onion and cubed chicken and it's a meal fit for a hobo king.
User avatar #32 to #31 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
Hell yea, if you know how to cook you can for sure save alot of money
User avatar #33 to #32 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
I cook really well to be honest. I've even banned my father from using the grill because I cook better than he does.

I wanted to be a professional chef at one point, but I hate seafood The smell, the taste, the texture. They all make me nauseous and almost every place anywhere has seafood on the menu.

I enjoy cooking, but everyone gets lazy.
User avatar #34 to #33 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
i hate seafood also i feel you

try just cooking for a family restruant dinner

they usually have american junk food tho rarely any seafood

My wife is a manager at Ihop.
I thought about going to cook for them, but she would be my direct manager, and corporations don't like that.
User avatar #37 to #36 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
Don't, i worked for Ihop as a server, and there was almost always a constant stream of food going thru

I had to leave because those damned plates were heavy and I'm really thin i can lift 20 pounds max each arm
User avatar #38 to #37 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
My wife was a server for 18 months before she became a manager.

She loves working in the food industry. I plan to never work in it.
User avatar #39 to #38 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]
I liked it, but i couldn't life those plates and they said i needed to atleast be able to take 4 it was far too much for me

and its hard for me to gain muscle mass no matter how much i lift, even with those protein things so i stopped trying and just started looking for office jobs

I'm not fat or anything i'm like 130~140 pounds
User avatar #40 to #39 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
So you're like my brother in law when it comes to muscle gain.

He is on a 7000 calorie diet per day just to maintain the mass he has.

He's 140lbs and 5'9. Same height as me. I'm 180 and want to lose 20 lbs, or shed 20lbs of fat and put on 20lbs of muscle.

I'm comfortable at 165lbs, right now I feel fat as hell so i've been dieting alongside my parents.
My mom has never been able to lose weight, but she is finally sticking to a diet plan of less than 1000 calories a day and has lose 19 lbs in the past 6 weeks. It's a huge step for her since she's 5'2 and has been over 250lbs my entire life.
My dad is 6' even and at his heaviest was 330lbs. He's down to 215.

I hear you though, everyone has a different physiology. My mom has thyroid issues, so losing weight is damn near impossible for her, but she's finally able to do so after almost 30 years of trying.

If you want to gain weight, or muscle mass, you're going to have to hit the gym 4-5 days a week, and have a HUGE calorie intake per day consisting of mainly lean protein and carbs with veggies thrown in for health reasons, and fruit for short term energy.

Good luck man/girl. I'm going to assume you're a dude based on your linguistics and verbal mannerisms though.
User avatar #35 to #33 - Tusura (11/14/2015) [-]
The reason I banned my father from grilling was because he marinated $60 worth of Filet Mignon when I had specifically told everyone in the house that they were not to be touched except by me.

Salt and pepper is all you need for a good steak.
You marinate steaks when it's ****** quality meat. Not when it's $15 a pound.
User avatar #4 - leonhardt (11/13/2015) [-]
Also the fact that he literally invented a macaroni minigun it the best thing I've read today.
#26 - polarpulse [OP]ONLINE (11/14/2015) [-]

My wife makes homemade mac n cheese from scratch every thanksgiving.

We even make the noodles ourselves instead of using boxed pasta.

**** is to die for. It'll clog your arteries as well, so it literally is to die for.

why the **** everybody has to put something spicy in a recipe. pepperjack in mac and cheese is eww. Every damn thing in this country doesnt need to have a spciy variant or be covered in hot sauce. Baked mac and cheese consists of these 3 cheeses. Velvetta/XS Cheddar/ XS Cheddar White.

No tomatoes or other **** in it.If you are feeling ballsie though, crumbled bacon or bacon bits can be added to give it that american feel.
User avatar #65 - ironsoul (11/14/2015) [-]
I love to toss some frozen veggies and sliced bratwurst in. It tastes delicious.
User avatar #64 - nanako (11/14/2015) [-]
Well, cheese is good protein. Butter is fat, and pasta is carbs. it's sort of a balanced meal

of course, cheese is also fat.
