Tell me something.

Does that look like the name of Matt Damon's mother? No it looks like a regular name. If they put her name then they'd have to replace "Teacher" with "Matt Damon's Mom" If someone doesn't know who she is and doesn't know her relationship to Matt then the fact that they were insulting Teachers wouldn't be so heavy. Also before you say anything along the lines of "Add another line" they want to get that information out there and quick information would make it most efficient.
So you listed 7 celebrities out of about a thousand who are actually not idiots.
Also, i've never heard of Lupe Fiasco or Joe Rogan before, and i don't know that Arnold is necessarily well spoken even if he was governor of California.
I don't believe many celebrities are too dumb per say. They managed to make millions after all. Most just don't give enough of a **** to speak out on issues.
They make that money because either they have a talent which has **** all to do with intellect or because they're on reality TV.
Kardashians, any of the ******** from Jersey shores, most pop stars and rappers..... I'd wayger that the majority of famous people are rather ****** in some respect.
Of course in some respect, in fact they're usually just generally ****** people, but I wouldn't call them dumb. Even the Kardashians, which have jack **** for talent and have done nothing of note, ever, are pretty damn clever. Kim K got to where she is with nothing but a decent set of tits and a fat ass. We'd be seeing a lot more reality shows if any girl with her looks could do that.
You kinda proved my point.
Kim Kardashian didn't do anything special, she's not particularly smart she just ****** the right people. She's hot i'll grant you that, but hotness in no way makes on smart. Now, i'm not denying that it's impressive that they've done well for themselves, but making money off of a talent, especially something you've got from birth (good looks, singing voice, natural acting talent) isn't comparable with making money by inventing something or growing a business.
Honestly, when you've got something naturally going for you it takes luck in getting recognized by the right people more than anything.
Fair enough, you could spin it either way. I've just about exhausted my interest here, though I still think if she were dim, she wouldn't be able to properly take advantage of her "talent". I'll just leave it at that
I'm not saying she's retarded.... it just doesn't take a whole lot of brains to figure out what you want to do (in her case get famous, get a reality show, etc) and then spread your legs while somebody else does the heavy lifting for you.
But i guess it completes the fantasy for some people to think of her as the whole package (smart sexy entrepreneur type **** ), i just can't make myself think of a person so gut wrenchingly annoying as smart. You're right tho, we're probably not gonna agree and i need to get some sleep anyway, so i guess we'll agree to disagree and leave it at that.
I'd agree with him until you get to the college level. There are a few teachers who just literally check out and don't give 1 single **** once they reach tenure. Most can't even be bothered to reply to an email.
But his point is that a lot of people who work in those fields do it because that's what they want to do, and that "job security" doesn't inherently mean that they work harder, and that "not having job security" is not necessarilywhat makes an individual work hard.
He is a member of the Democratic party but he has on record criticized Obama and Democratic Party Members and policies.
And no, people love this guy because he's good at his job. He and Ben Affleck wrote Good Will Hunting by themselves, which got 9 Oscar nominations and won 2, and he's been nominated for 3 Oscars as an actor. He's found success as an actor, writer and producer. Even if you don't care about those awards, it doesn't change the fact that he is good and well-liked at his job.
There is no job insecurity for teachers. In fact, we are quite short on teachers. The problem in America is how low the benefits are for public school teachers. Of course they vary by state, however the majority work 30-40k/year with minimal health/dental insurance.
She's absolutely right. The tenure is a scam, and the teachers union is a criminal organization. If a foreign entity did to our children what the teachers union does, it would be considered an act of war. You ******* 20-year-old know-it-alls find a 3-year-old clip that supports your retarded ideas of socialism and have a ******* orgasm. Jesus. I know all young people are stupid, but this generation is a special king of retard.
Go right ahead and vote for the socialist, Bernie Sanders, so you can get "free" college. That'll work out. The people who run the DMV will run education in the US. Brilliant!
