And I'm in Japan as an exchange student to learn Japanese.
For things...
Tiny, cute things...
Lolis.

What's the age of consent in Japan?
Not suspicious at all.
Also, aren't lolicons just pedophiles? and Japan finds this hilarious? Oh, Nippon.

I know way the **** too much about this.
Age of consent there is 12/13 (young right?)
I think there's some more serious rules around it but because of the low age of consent, loli is legal.

Age of consent is 13 if you go by the country's laws, but each prefecture has their own and most have it at 16 or so. ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_pornography_laws_in_Japan#cite_ref-15 )

Simple possession of CP with no intent of distributing it is legal everywhere except Kyoto and Nara. Kyoto has a jail sentence, while Nara only has financial penalties ( www.reuters.com/article/2012/09/19/us-japan-pornography-idUSBRE88I07H20120919#midArticle_3 )

Since loli is drawings and that [they] argue that it has made a significant decrease in crimes against real children, it's still legal. They have had plans on outlawing it though, but the bills never passed.

It's not like there's pussy everywhere, though I did get a offer to have sex with a prostitute while I was in Shibuya a bit before and during the wee hours.

It's not legal, but the laws aren't really enforced. It's still risky.
There really young girls selling themselves (<12), but those usually sell to people in school or on so-called de-aikei. It's called enjokousai if you want to google it.

I don't know how widespread it really is since I haven't been here for long, but it's definitely an issue according to the government.

I'm living in Aichi-ken right now.

If I'm coming back to Japan to study, it would probably be to get a master's/PhD in Applied Mathematics. Though I'm more likely to do that in America or Sweden since I don't want to be limited by my language skills.

My school requires 2 years of a classic language. Latin is alright. You need to pay attention in class and an annoying thing is that every word changes form depending on where it is in the sentence (the case) in addition to number and gender. Overall though, Latin to English is really easy if you have the vocab down.

Yeah, that's the only reason anybody could ever read or write backwards.

I specifically said speak for a reason anyways!
It sounds awesome [and like "demon speech"] when you actually are able to pronounce words properly backwards so that if you record and reverse it, the word sounds [relatively] normal.
