try starting with basic shapes and guidelines to help build a sort of perspective skeleton then sort of 'sculpt' those shapes into the features your looking for. Also try drawing some real world animals before moving onto to things from you're imagination, if you want to draw a dragon, draw a dog (For the snout) and a cat (For the body) then try detailing it with scales.
It looks pretty good for an elementary school level (13 or under) but if your in high school and want you to be able to say your an artist or that you know how to draw you really need to crack down.
www.posemaniacs.com/thirtysecond If you try out this site using something like this figure to represent those poses it'll teach you how to draw from a source, draw in 3D, draw poses and just all around draw in no time. I suggest 10 minutes a day for a month using something like printer papper or a sketchbook from the dollar store that's disposable since this burns out a ton of a paper.
Once you've learned how to do that detailing and making completely imagined pieces is a sintch, as an added bonus try spending 10 minutes detailing you're favorite pose after someone you find on the internet. (For example I generally type in something like Men's clothing find a set of clothes I like and draw em on.)

its very bad and amateurish
you should work on drawing just about everything
draw some animals before creatures that don't exist

Moar shading, add perspective, study from real world animals to see how the nose, jaw, eye interconnect each other.

And don't give up, you reminds me of my childhood friend, he did drawings like you'res. Now he's a graphical designer!

Find a picture and use it for shaping. Use what's in front of you, not what's pictured in your mind

elongate the top of the snout, lower the eyes extend the ears, add an end to the jaw, define the musculature, shade (everything!)add inside of mouth, use better paper for quality works.
