Maybe from single Stories out of the Silmarillion - filming the whole thing would be kinda retarded.
And most of the Stories from the SIlmarillion wouldn´t work in Mainstream-Cinema unless they´d get butchered like BotfA, sadly:I

they could still make more you know
they could go into the 4th age and make some **** up, they can make one about the first War of the Alliance, or the Witch King's conquest of Arnor and his eventual defeat, that alone could be 6 more movies, they could do some about the destruction of Numenor

Middle-earth is a huge place with a lot of history and future potential
