Drink a bunch of apple juice before bed to have vivid dreams?

How are you suppose to fall asleep? Apple juice has a fair amount of sugar in it.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can't get a sugar high after a certain age. At least, that's what my doctor told me

I don't think you can trust your doctor anymore, sugar still makes people hype no matter the age. It won't be like when you were a kid, you won't bounce off the walls but it will still give you enough energy as an adult to keep you awake, and possibly make you want to run around for a bit. (depending on your own body and how much you drink, but everyone every age is affected by sugar)

Most apple juice brands enrich the **** out of their juice with Vitamin C, which can cause painful cramping and uncontrollable diarrhea when ingested in large amounts.

I tried it and still was tired, but had to pee every 20 minutes or so, so not worth it. Plus i didn't even remember my dream.

melatonin is the chemical in apples that causes this effect.
