Shields in BB would be marginally more useful than nipples on a breastplate. Seriously, have you played the game? The combat mechanics are all tailored to encourage aggression and speed, two things which you may recognize as being the opposite of what shields are good for. That's the reason that the only shield in the game has a description that basically says "don't use a shield, you ******* , that's the opposite of how you're supposed to play"

Idk, I guess I'm just not a fan of any games with instagib mechanics in today's market. With frequent checkpoints being a thing, the appeal of "fight the same enemies in the same places to get to the same boss to try to live long enough to learn how to win, just to die to a rat behind him and do it all again" kinda went out the window.

It just feels gimicky. Look guys our game is so hard, all the enemies one-shot you if you make a single mistake, and you get to go all the way back to start.

Bloodborne and the Souls series rewards patience. Learn about how the enemy attacks and act accordingly. Once you do that you will be kicking ass and taking names for the most part

Same. I think it's a subconscious "purity" thing. For one, the skin is literally fresher and less abused than a tan girl; and secondly it makes them seem like they stay hidden away a lot, and keep their innocence mentally/socially.

Im a pale redhead and it was great when I was in school. I would go to the nurses office and tell them I wasnt feeling good. They would always tell me, " Yeah, you are looking pretty pale." Then I would go home, **** was cash.

Contrary to this comic, I don't ever really get sunburns for some reason so that's also sort of cool I guess.
