My entire life I've been terrified of how hard everyone says raising a child is.
And now I have a 3 week old child and the only difficult part is her waking up at 3AM to eat and I feel lied to.

I don't want kids. My girlfriend doesn't want kids. I'm happy, but we're only 19 and 20, respectively.

My fear is that once both of us are set into jobs that we will both keep, she'll want kids. I just want pets, and video games.

I turn 23 tomorrow, my dad was 23 when my parents had me... I have no idea how that was ******* possible. If I had a kid right now I would probably shoot myself.

My mom was 35 when I was born. Got a lot of time left before I feel bad about my life choices.

My mother had me when she was 16. I'm 17 now. I've been dating a 25 year old chick for 2 years. I don't regret my life decisions one ******* bit.

You dating some one who is eight years older than you (while still being a minor) is probably a direct result from your mother having you when she was 16.
Just because you don't regret your decisions doesn't necessarily make them good decisions. I mean Hitler thought he was nailing it.

I remember my mum being really over protective of me once I had turned 16 because she was 16 when she had my oldest sister which is pretty damn understandable. She got told to have my sister aborted by her own mum to which she told her that no she wouldn't and she couldn't put herself and her unborn baby through that and she'd love them regardless of her age and once she had my sister she lost half of her friends got called a slut and got spat on by older people which is just plain nasty.

TLR, I cant even keep my sims alive without using cheats so if I had a baby myself now (I'm 22) no doubt I'd end up having a nervous breakdown

While everyone is talking about their parents giving birth to them early, my parents had me and my twin sister at 30+ years old, and I have to say, it kind of sucks now. They're both getting older, so now all they like to do is sit around. Yesterday and the day before, my mom seriously did absolutely nothing at all but sit in one spot and watch Hell on Wheels. All day. It's assy.

just my two-cents

Okay Ima anon this because I usually don't do this stuff.

but I've been in a relationship 5 freaking years, I told the other that I do not want kids, I've never wanted kids, I will never want kids and he always replied "lol ya right" and only recently he's started with the whole "lets get married and have babies, you'll change your mind then.".
what my question is, is this a lost cause? do I leave? What do?? WHAT DO?? most of you are guys here, so I ask.

If he's that dead set on kids, you two may just need to split.

I have 3 kids and I'm 20. My mother had her 3rd child when she was 21 (I was the third child)

My wife is 19, and her mother had her when she was 15. Yes my mother in law is a milf.

21, parents had me at this age. A lot of my friends are now engaged/married and/or have kids. I am way too selfish, immature, focused on my career and unprepared to take care of a girlfriend never mind look after an infant.
