ciacheczko (03/01/2015) [-] Kratos doesn't kill gods for the sake of killing gods. He doesn't just want to erase a pantheon from existence. He kills gods for making him into what he is, making him kill his family against his will and force him to live with the guilt, hell - they even make him immortal, so he would suffer for all damn eternity. Talk about some goddamn compassion.
He kills exclusively the ones that caused his misery and/or are unwilling to take him out of it. And he stops at nothing, destroying everything that is in his way, or could prove useful by being destroyed.
Aphrodite did nothing wrong, nor she ever stood in his way, being a goddess of love uninvolved in this whole drama - therefore Kratos had no reason to harm her. Sex on the way was not a big factor in this. Notice, that he generally was less of a dick when it came to women, be it Aphrodite, Athena, or Pandora.
