I'm female, average height, 19 years of age. In the past 2 years I've gained 35 pounds (x kilograms? idk imperial system is bae) I really cant afford.

So like the cliche new year resolution I decided I'd start counting calories and get back into some sort of exercise routine. I'm focusing 1500 calories, biking 40 mins, and 15 minutes doing Wii boxing (I just cant bring myself to the gym yet okay) a day.

Not sure how all this losing /gaining weight stuff works but I hope I'm on the right track.

Resolutions are ******* useless, you need long term motivation.
I think you're doing good, just remember weighlifting is the best way to loose weight, it isn't just for guys, no one is asking you to deadlight 800lbs, start with what you're comfortable with and work from there. A fit woman is much more attractive than a skinny one.
