**darthripklawe used "*roll picture*"** **darthripklawe rolled image**Ok man, you see people trying to better themselves and actually ******* succeeding and your first thought is to try and tear them down? There is a special place in hell for people like you, ******* cunt.
That's good, just keep it up and don't hurt yourself working. I work outdoors on a road construction crew operating and doing groundwork, and I've injured myself a few times trying to move something alone that I should have help or equipment to move. Any health benefits you get, USE THEM.
I work in a caulk and spackle factory doing different things. Usually I'm running my machine, packing the tubes of caulk or spackle it spits out and then offloading the boxes, meaning put them on the pallet. When the machine runs well I can get over 1,000 10 pound boxes done in a night. Some times I do heavier materials and some times I do lighter ones. Some nights they might need me packing on a different lines.
Yehh, that's what his old shift was. 6 AM to 6 PM 3 days, with an off day every other week where his hours would jump to 48 instead of 36.
Factories sure are good places to work, huh?
I guess you do get a few days off, though. I just wouldn't be able to handle waking up that early every day. I already gotta shovel for half the old people in this town.
okay, first of all there is NO WAY to lose fat in specific fat regions. in order to lose fat in your chest region you'd have to lower your bodyfat percentage overall. The idea that specific exercises burn fat in specific regions is a myth, so dont listen to comment 202.
how to lose fat you ask? Well easy in general. See its pretty much all about your daily intake of calories. If you consume less calories than you burn, you will lose fat. So you can either eat less, or train more which both will help you. I don't know your body type and how much you eat and all, but if you struggle with losing fat you will ideally train more and consume less calories.
The best way to burn A LOT of calories is by training your largest muscle groups like legs, glutes and back (yes, ironic that its not chest). Don't neglect your chest tho, since you don't want to have an underdeveloped chest either, but for burning calories the previous muscle groups are a lot better. Good exercises would be squats, pull-ups (or if you can't perform a pull-up then just use the lats pull-down machine) and deadlifts, because those ******* train back, glutes AND hamstrings which are like 2/3 of your legs so those **** your energy storage real gud.
Doing some cardio will also never hurt btw. Go for a run or a bike ride.
Tl;dr.: there is no way to burn fat in specific regions. Eat less, train more. Focus on big muscle groups like back, glutes and legs, since they burn the most amount of calories. Don't neglect other muscles tho. Mix in some cardio. Change to healthy food. And most importantly, don't be a creep like the guy in the pic.
That's because humans recognize subtle differences in facial features. It's why you can always tell the difference between two faces of people who aren't identical twins.
cut out all pop, candy most hard liquor and beer ( i do have the odd one now and then ) my work out is 1 hour of cardio a day like walking or biking then each day at the gym I focus on one part of my body to work out eg. legs, back, chest, arms and for the whole time . squats and sit ups are great but I do more then just them . the rest of the food I eat is just normal stuff just cut out most sugar where you can and don't snack as often Turkey is one of the best things to eat because of its low fat and high protein
I was 222 and now i'm 182. My goal is 135-150 pounds and then I start bulking. Honestly exercise helps but most of the weight loss was from eating way less. I have a limit of 1200 calories a day. You got to make sure you eat well or you won't have enough energy under such a strict diet.
one of the best things i did was cold turkey pop and other sugar foods
apart from that i eat normal foods now , but to burn it all i go to the gym daily and work out for 1 hour and a half .
Do it ***** . For like the first month it sucks absolute dick, but once you start seeing results it's almost addicting. Make a habit of it, embrace the swole
my past 2 jobs were me constantly standing, moving, walking. i always ate unhealthy but since i was always moving my body stayed decent But when i started my current office job, now all i do is sit all day and i gained about 20lbs since the first day.
So I haven't commented in ages, but I thought I should. Last January I weighed 280, but I quit drinking for a year. I weighed myself today at 260. So without alcohol, and finally moving into my own place, I've lost 20 pounds without anything extra work. So this year, I'm still not drinking, I'll be cutting out any soda, I already joined a gym and got a trainer to help my lazy ass, and I'm trying to eat healthier. So we'll see what this year brings. I hope to drop quite a bit of weight by June for Core Con and so I look good out on the bike.
you are still a faggot tho for absolutely abusing lighting to a point where 90% of your body is too dark to see any definition while the other 10% look kinda cut.
