I did not like f4 as a fallout game but you have to admit it was a good game. Witcher might have a chance as RPG of the year but you can't be sure even about that.

it wasnt as developed. now you can shorten the tethers to break chaos objects and bring tethered items closer, and you can place up to six tethers at a time. it's much more prominent as a way to destroy bases too, there's even challenges centered entirely around it
