Funny thing is, Yankee Doodle was a southern song claiming that Northerners were gay. A southerner pointed this out to me, and I responded with "so you're saying the south got beaten by a bunch of faggots?"

It's racist to say: "All yellow people are good at math", because you discriminate a race.

Bugs bunny does not say that all black people are slaves. That guy with the beard is resembling a confederate, so it is only fitting that Bugs is a black slave because the confederate wanted to keep their slaves.

The joke is a border line joke, but it is not racist

I can't see anything racist with this? it is history. yeah sure it is a bad history but still history. Back people has been slaves and white people has been slaves, even asian people has been slaves.

Mentioning slavery isn't what makes it racist. (Because you're right, slavery is a part of history that goes beyond racial boundaries.) The racist part is the caricature it portrays of the black slave. "Don't beet me massa'! Please don't beet dis' tired ol' body!"

It isn't discriminatory but jokes about slavery in general aren't suitable for television.

fairly sure that WB refused to be censored, they got Oprah involved and made a video basically saying that trying to pretend it never happened was worse than the fact that it did.

WB actually lets you watch all the old Looney Tunes cartoons, even the racist stuff. They allow as to not sweep their mistake under the rug like disney and other studios do.
