Muslims are literally raping people and the Leftist Government is trying to say that the Muslims do this sort of thing because they don't know any better. They're trying to make it seem like that just because they're Muslim, it's okay (and should be expected) for them to rape.

They say it's up to us to teach them not to rape and that they should have no agency of their own because they just don't know any better. Where they're from, rape isn't totally illegal. So they come over here and do what they like, don't get arrested, because if you point it out, then you're considered a racist.
