Domesticaiting the ancestor of the cow though was not that hard, you can easly see that everywhere in the world, where human had Access to usefull and easly tameble animals, had an giant Advantage in building great civilizations.

- Europen cultures had an well timed season plan which allowed great amount of agralculture, combined with many animals who where easy to domesticait and who had lots of Advantages (sheeps, cows, Dogs, pigs, ducks, chickens, ect.)
- Chinese have GIGANTIC fields aviable to produce Rice even in earlyest times, explaining why they are one of the oldest existing cultures on this planets, as they also have an good amount of usefull animals for domestication.

The Inkas had just 1 well domesticaited and usefull animal: Lamas.

They had to terraform entire hill lands and mountain ranges, just for plantation, they where able to build great Citys on mountains!

Other South American tribal tribes that where able to do the same? None, no other tribe in South America was able to create such monuments.

Then come the Mayas and Aztecs in middle America.

The Mayas seemingless had just 2: Dogs, and Turkeys, builds gigantic pyramids in the middle of the jungle and manages to have intensiv agralculture.

And then the Aztecs, this guys are Special, they used nothing, neither wheel nore animals to maintain their effectiv agralculture, building their Nation up to such an Level. But they are an exception.

The rule is essential this: You can´t have 1000 cows, without an land that supports great amount of agralculture (you know, like a savannah).

When you have an good Piece of dirt on which **** grows, and have animals to help you maintain this fields and give you usefull resources, you are pretty much destined to create an big culture.

Yes and countries in africa have malls, it's not all 100% desert and death. But the plants that they can grow usually aren't as nutritious and take much longer to plant than plants native to Europe. I don't remember the name of the plant but if I remember correctly, it's a cousin to barely but it's not as high in protein and takes more energy to plant because it has to have the tops cut off and the root replanted. And I don't mean that the animals were wild, but the type of animals, farm animals, big 4 legged herbivores who have a pecking order. If you control the leader you control them all, they produce milk to eat during famine, mature quickly so they can have lots of babies, pull plows, carry loads of material etc etc. Africa has some herbivores yes but most are very skiddish and don't have a set leader.
They have elephants but an elephant is pregnant for close to 2 years and can only have one child at a time, they're also very stubborn. The other herbivores are very skiddish because of the extreme amount of predators. They also have hogs, but they're not very useful but for their meat and they also have tusks.

Even lots of poor countries in africa have cattle, but the cattle constantly have to be moved and hearded to find clean sources of water, and with no reliable source of water means you can't farm.
