everyone in the game is really kick happy because "it's muh lobby and my rules!" Which i sort of agree with but that doesn't give you a right to be second hitler because of it.
Ouch, good thing I didn't get it yet. I was hoping it would be life left 4 dead where no one really cares as long as you don't hold them up at the end.
Yeah, this aint that.
I've played 800 hours so far. At least 750 of them has been with my friends or solo. I'm at max level, and have been for a while now. I get lots of accusations of hacking due to my level, and because I've been playing it enough to hit an average of 1.5 people per shotgun shell fired when clearing rooms.
The game itself is pretty good. DLC policies are pretty fair (Can't use DLC weapons with the DLC. Can't host a DLC map, but you can join someone else that does own the DLC). The biggest flaw of the game is, by far, the community. It's a pretty hard game, so people tend to kick anyone who isn't good at the game, making it pretty hard to learn. If you do decide to get it, make sure you avoid any heists with a difficulty over normal (no yellow skulls). Host the game if you want to be sure to avoid getting kicked, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
Seems like a fun game, I've been there when it comes to being accused of hacking. I used to play battlefield 2142 and would get kicked occasionally for being too good with the vehicles.
I'll probably get it with friends, see what I can figure out. I'll know now to avoid higher levels for a bit.
thats how i play payday 2, i can stealth but if **** hits the fan i destroy waves of the normal guys, but i can't deal with snipers dozers. i just got this game on pc and i have almost nothing, on xbox i was only V-100 and i had everything.
Its a great film but in your opinion, do you feel like the legend never matched the man?
i mean after a while he took a lot of **** when he was apparently a huge bad ass
Well, he was out of the game for about 4 years. And did you see the number of enemies he had to engage at any one time? Normally I think he would've been a bit more surgical in his approach, but his personal vendetta may have dulled his instincts a bit.
I think it's rather refreshing though seeing our protagonist actually take some damage. They even done away with the usual Hollywood trope of giving him unlimited ammo. He reloads quite often (sometimes with an enemy right in front of him) and even runs out of ammo for his main weapon during the nightclub scene.
I agree with the damage aspect of it and eyah the 4 years would factor in but my initial thing is, hgoly **** hes a legend, im half epxecting him to show up behind marcus everytime theres a shot of him on a roof or whatever.
in other words, They set up the legend beyond the realm of belief. Then they show you the man, broken and suicidal. The movie is him going back to what he was at one point, but not wanting to really become that again.
Well, he was in retirement for quite some time, plus he was going on a large streak of killing while anger and drugs were the only things keeping him from falling apart.
that was one of the main themes of the movie. To show the old cards were worse than they used to be, but still up to snuff. And still a force to be reckoned with.
Like the drop dead gorgeous bartender said, "I've never seen you like this. Vulnerable."
That was just the senior bodyguard under Vega (mob boss). He was supposed to be human. The man vs the legend thing. John Wicks only defining trait was his tenacity and focus. Besides he practically executes like 50 people until exhaustion and rusty mistakes take there toll, but it still gets spread around that he took on a small army and only came out of it with a minor stab wound.
thought that dude was the brother of the son who killed his dog, must not have been focusing.
Still, i can repsect him coming out the way he did it just seemed like a legendary focus and focus and tenacity aside, i was hoping for more of those moments after fighting like he would know 10 steps ahead.
movie was pretty good, the only problem is, is that wick is a ******* deadeye when he kills the normal bad guys, but when he comes in range of the mainvillain, he suddenly cant shoot for ****
Saw it last night. Much better that your average shoot-em-up, much of te combat was expertly choreographed, very entertaining to watch, but more than once John Wick's other worldly fighting skills just ******* disappear because we haven't gotten to the 2 hour mark yet.
