I have to say I really like hte way the Anime condensed it. The LN seems very...lengthy at times. Spoiler for what comes after the anime ends. Did we really need an entire book of character building on not even secondary characters...more like tertiary characters(lizards).

i understand your point i've also had a lot of moments when reading the light novel when i was like "just get to the point already" but personally i don't like how much the anime's cut down it was fine at the start but in the last couple episodes they've cut 2 all be it rather irrelevant characters but still cutting characters= not good and i quite like the fact that the light novel gives us pretty much a whole separate story from a bunch of irrelevant characters' point of view because it shows that ainz is not the "hero" of the story and made you feel sad for them when they get mega reckt by him

I didn't look too much into it, all i saw was "No Game No Life has no season 2" and figured it was a baiting series.
It needs season 2. Especially on cutting off on the summoning of Old Deus.

"The No Game No Life manga artist/creator who goes by the name of Kamiya Yuu was recently caught tracing his works and someone took to social media to call..."
Here's the picture that got him all of the flak. Oh and there are A LOT more. I mean A LOT of examples, directly from the manga that clearly show him tracing. haruhichan.com/wpblog/25694/no-game-no-life-author-has-been-caught-tracing/ here's a list of SOME of them.
He stole from everyone. Doujinshi, Manga, popular drawings, even some **** from the equivalent of Deviant Art. He still is writing the LN, but I think it's safe to say the Anime is likely not going to be made anymore.
