Currently I do s sets of 32 pushups a day along
with various other exercising.
Forceman - Has so far been working on runtime, and is in
the process of obtaining fitbit. A device that help track
your workout, distance, calories burn, some even have
sensors to monitor your heartrate while you workout.
Has lost an additonal two pounds since last
week.
Mrjweezy - Has given up soda since, and has already
started to feel an difference in how his body reacts.
Has also given up soda, and has switch
to healthier foods.
Amusablebman - Has cut off junk food and soda, and is
working on building up his running stamina.
Xgeneration - Has been working on an upperbody
regiment.
ironsoul - Has kept up to his diet and been working on
getting his iron body to match the soul. Will probably one
day do an iron man event as well
Syntheticdoll - Currently experimenting with various
foods trying to find a diet that work best for them.
Ditka - In the not so cold Hawaii (Lucky), has been
running everyday, while doing some rock climbing on the
side.
That is dedication - I salute you!
