Currently I do s sets of 32 pushups a day along
with various other exercising.
Forceman - Has so far been working on runtime, and is in
the process of obtaining fitbit. A device that help track
your workout, distance, calories burn, some even have
sensors to monitor your heartrate while you workout.
Has lost an additonal two pounds since last
week.
Mrjweezy - Has given up soda since, and has already
started to feel an difference in how his body reacts.
Has also given up soda, and has switch
to healthier foods.
Amusablebman - Has cut off junk food and soda, and is
working on building up his running stamina.
Xgeneration - Has been working on an upperbody
regiment.
ironsoul - Has kept up to his diet and been working on
getting his iron body to match the soul. Will probably one
day do an iron man event as well
Syntheticdoll - Currently experimenting with various
foods trying to find a diet that work best for them.
Ditka - In the not so cold Hawaii (Lucky), has been
running everyday, while doing some rock climbing on the
side.
That is dedication - I salute you!

Your right, I ran marathon several years ago, and by 8 miles I was bleeding from my nipples. So tape ever since.

I managed to make the day with some tea (tastes horrible with sweetener and not sugar), water and 2 sandwiches. Next step I'll try to find out if I JUST fit in the bathroom for some privacy and minor workout.

I lost about 10kg (22lb) last year, for my cardio I got a spin bike which is great cuz you dont have to worry about the weather, second hand ones are cheap and abundant, dont bother with a new one. I also had a fitbit wristband to track my food intake and exercise and weight on it's app. The fitbit helped so much, its good to know how much exercise you're doing so you can be consistent.

what works for me might not work for you, but try and eat almost nothing all day, and your body will be forced to eat your own fat.

I wish i could keep up my workout routine but i just cant... i feel lazy these past few months and I lost motivation, like whats the point right? the only thing left to motivate me is watching vids of zyzz and listening to his music playlists.

Im not keeping in shape for the aesthetics value as much as im doing it for the freedom of moving my body any way I choose without weight stopping me from doing a simple ab-crunch. I also like to build arm strength to be able and pick a lot of heavy **** up, and then train legs to be able to run fast and raise endurance.

Your body is a machine. Maintenance is key, and of course hydration.
