The difficulty has nothing to do with Stimpak effectiveness. The Medic perk increases the speed and effectiveness.

if you play on normal it slows all healing down like 2hp/s
i think that perk would still work but it would still be a proportional increase

I play on normal. I suppose I would have to try Very Hard to see the difference that you are referring to. My issue is that in the video, it is healing at the rate of my typical healing. I only have one point in that perk, so at a higher difficulty with more points in it, it should run around the same speed.

I'm just trying to not jump to the conclusion that it looks different so it is obviously on easy mode.

Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard, Survival = Easy
Survival with over 50 added Difficulty mods + Fists only + Constant anal masturbation with one hand + no sneak = Normal

the stimpack healing rate is not affected until you go survival mode, then it's way slower, but heals the same amount.

if you play on survival mode it will slow the speed of all healing in general,he is confused but its still a feature to the game
