"It means Strength"

Not OC.

Original Autor Description:

"It’s possible that the people in these pictures actually wanted things like “Chicken noodle soup” tattooed on their body (chicken noodle soup is delicious), but we’re guessing they probably didn’t.

Note that these tattoos are in Chinese but, as the Japanese writing system originates from China, many of the characters are the same."

Side note: One of them was already posted by me before, and commenters proved me it was no joke (Namely, Chicklen Noodle Soup).

"Calamity!"

I like that word. Probably not tattoo-worthy but it's a cool word when you use it right.

Not if the costumer was the one who said here, put this on my body. Not all tattooists are fluent in other languages, how would they know what they are writing.

I speak chinese, and It's always fun to watch people show off their tattoos and not even know what they mean..this man at Spencer's had what he thought was this beautiful poem about going to hell for someone, but it was just gibberish, and I asked him who gave him this translation, and he said he did it himself online.

This chinese chick I know got the word 'Sweet' in japanese tattooed on her arm.

While at universal city, a japanese tourist asked why it said 'chip' on her arm and she was like 'wat?' 'It say chip, tattoo on arm... it say chip... like not expensive... very chip'

She asked me to look it up on google translate, I had a ******** weeaboo friend on steam and sent him the picture, he found the letters in the japanese alphabet and copy/pasted it into google translate.

It translated to 'inexpensive'

So if I tell them to tattoo Chicken Noodle Soup on me, will they troll me by tattooing something like Believe In Yourself?
User avatar #15 - ghostofgemini (10/17/2013) [-]
Doesn't anyone look it up first?

to see if they even like how the characters look? I mean, talk about narrow mindedness
