Some person on youtube makes them, that's where this stems from. But i think it's 3-4 years old, so maybe he doesn't anymore. I wasn't able to fine his channel.

greyhoundfd (05/23/2015) [-] You probably wouldn't. Given that it spins, it probably has some gyroscopic force on it, which means that its balance becomes exceptionally screwy. The staff would actively wrench on your arm just being active.
