Uh... "Guy tries to pull his car into a garage that's already closed for the night. When he gets out of his car to see if he can find a way to open the gate the car slides out (possibly because it was still in gear or something) and breaks through the gate. Driver, or ex-driver at this point, can't get into the garage so he calls his friend who might live in an apartment connected to the garage to get his car for him. Friend decides to try and get the car out the same way, but the gate catches the underside of the car and uses linear momentum to create a circular path that results in the car being flipped." would be my best guess, but at times like this I don't even bother trying to understand.
