I ******* hate motorcyclists with the burning passion. They drive really fast like the own the ******* road. And when they get hit they almost always try to pin the blame on the car saying they should have seen him or some **** like that. ******* stop. This asshole deserved it.

Motorcycle was already engage in overtaking, the car should have checked and waited + that is no way the minimum distance you have to travel from the point you start signalling to the point you start the overtaking.

Did you see the speed he was travelling at? The guy was changing lane, he started to indicate, if the motorcylcist had any common ******* sense, then he would see the indicator and slow the **** down before continuing. the biker was in the wrong, he was going way to ******* fast in 2 lane traffic.

Objectively, from what the gif shows us: We do not know what the speed limit was and if the biker was speeding, and even if he was the car did not give a proper signal, did not check if the lane on the left was clear before overtaking and cut the motorcycle of. With less than 1 sec of signal to act, the motorcycle had no chance of avoiding the collision (speeding or not).

I don't know if the speed limit, but looking at the traffic speed, and the speed the bike was travelling at, I'm guessing that he was going a lot faster, and knowing how motorcyclists like to travel and high speeds in heavy traffic, Swerving in and out between cars and lanes then I'm guessing that it would have been difficult to have seen it coming, even if he took the proper time to check which he probably didn't, but he probably wasn't expecting some faggot on a high powered bike to come speeding doen between the lanes either

All of my this. **** that "look twice for bikers" **** too. How about you drive carefully like any normal person. And don't give me that "well they are in blind spots more often" ******* nope, if you have any idea how to ride a bike you should know to hug one side of the lane you're in.

Well that's not really fair, sure a fair portion of bikers are assholes but so are car drivers. I ride a bike and i don't do stupid **** that'll end up with me getting knocked off my bike, but nearly once a week i have some asshole speed past me, with 3/4 of his car in my lane trying to overtake going 10 above the limit.

"they they they"

Maybe you should consider that each person is an individual and being a motorcyclist doesn't make you one of the people who do such things, and being the driver of a car doesn't make you in the right or the wrong when an incident with a motorcyclist occurs.

He sat down in a way that made him think
"Meh, this is fine, keep going."

that biker was being a dick, and I regret that his only penalty is buying a new bike.

The car driver started overtaking without proper signalling (that were 10 m before he started) and without checking if there was someone already overtaking him. It was the car driver's fault.

The car clearly had a signal going even if he turned on and abruptly started changing lane, the cyclist is clearly going much faster than the other cars, The cyclist also appears to be using the same lane as the car with the camra and there for preforming what many places would consider an improper/illegal passing technique. Even if the man in the car did check for other people or not, he would not have likely seen the cyclist coming up as often times when I see cyclist doing this sort of **** they bob out from behind the 'slow' car and pass them quickly. Cyclist's fault

You always check, you always give enough time when signalling. Based on what the gif shows the car is at fault, you are judging it based on your previous experience not giving it an objective look.

Bias or not it is clear the cyclist is driving in a clearly reckless manor, clearly going much faster than the other vehicles and using improper passing of the film car by being in the same lane, and even if the cyclist was in the lane changing car's lane the cyclist would have still plowed into the car because he was going way to fast. You are also assuming that the driver did not check before switching lanes, checking or not they may have only been able see the car filming and not the cyclist, due to blind spots or the cyclist doing an improper passing maneuver. From what is in the video only it is clear the lane changing car was in the right. Even with all that aside the insurance company will no doubt point out the cyclist speed and passing as the cause of the accident as, from what is strictly shown in the video, the driver used proper lane changing technique.

I find it kinda funny that when the driver slows down a little cross comes into view just about when the guy lands right side up, god doing some next level subliminal messaging!
