Technically, the Star Wars one isn't a motorcycle. It's a speeder. It has no wheels.

Motorcycle means motorized bicycle. Bicycles are 2 wheeled vehicles. The speeders have no wheels so cannot be qualified as a bicycle.

some quick googling later states, according to Imcdb, to be the "1988 Dnepr MT-11"

which some wikipedia-ing later mentions might be a Ukrainian motorcycle.
either way, the motorcycle is a bit of anachronism in that particular film it would seem.
