People don't realize that when poeple say sure but they're all wrong, they usually say that so you **** off. No one wants someone else to copy their homework.

I justified cheating in high school (for homework, never for tests) by what my science teacher in freshman year told us. The number one thing that grade school is supposed to teach us is how to problem solve. Not so much the subjects themselves, but how to study, how to meet deadlines, how to succeed. To me, this includes "cheating", because it's a solution. A temporary one, however, because it gets the homework done, but now you gotta actually prepare for the test.

As a teacher I really don't care if students share answers on homework assignments. Assignments are just review for exams, at least in most subjects. Also easy marks so you don't need to teach a kid two years in a row A student copying is better than not doing it at all, and if they actually read the question and put the answer into their own words, then even better.

In my opinion, if a teacher didn't want you to copy, they wouldn't let you take it home.

I have never asked to copy someones test, I usually just ask before the test all I need to know. Try to remember and then fail. You'd think I passed when I go out the room but actually I'm crying inside.

I like how most of FJ is against copying, and we post on how they're lazy cunts, but if this was Twitter or Instagram everyone would be talking about how copying homework is just a part of school life and that everyone does it.

One time in college, I had totally forgotten that there was an assignment due that day. So I asked a friend if she could let me borrow her homework. She looked at me with a "are you serious?" face. That's when I learned that that type of **** didn't fly in college. I've now thought about it as self-degrading to ask someone to let you copy their assignment.
