Yeah that's pretty ****** . Especially considering the money which bought the tickets and contributed to the lottery pool was almost universally already taxed.
Just so you know, lottery tickets are not taxed, or at least not in texas. Also, one reason behind the "government getting a cut" is because the lottery here is what funds the schools. Might be different in different states though.
Yes and no. You kinda get a restricted version of the game if you're f2p. limited chat and trade functions and other stuff like that. It's mainly just to make sure bots don't break the in game economy.
