It's only worth 30 million if someone is willing to pay 30 million for it.
I put my crappy website into the same site and it says it's worth $5000 - but it only brings in $10 per month in revenue. From that $10, my hosting/domain costs are almost $5.
So I make $5 per month or $60 per year in ad revenue. No way in hell would anyone give me $5k it.

Also - while I made ~$10 per month - that website estimates my earnings at $500 per month. That's f****ing crazy. I have Google AdSense and all of my reports show that I'm doing above average in things like click rates.
